About Me

Originally from Vashti, Texas, I am a recent graduate from the University of Missouri-Kansas City with an MFA in Costume Design and Technology. I received my BA in Theatre Design and Technology from West Texas A&M University in Canyon, Texas. My Texas experiences included valuable opportunities such as working with local theaters and being able to spend a summer studying fashion in Florence Italy.

During my time designing I am thankful to have been able to work with many different theatres and directors. My most recent designs include my New York City Off-Broadway premier with Here There Be Dragons  (The Players Theatre), La Cambiale de Matrimonio (UMKC Conservatory Opera), No Mans Land (Amarillo Little Theatre), and Black Future, a dance performance conceived and choreographed by Michael Blake.

When I am not designing I continue to perfect my techniques in millinery, painting, and glove making, as well as travel and enjoy antiquing.
